Summary:

The HR Manager role exists to support the attainment of the overall strategic business plan and objectives through the formulation and implementation effective HR strategy, policies and programming for both our domestic and international companies. The individual will be experienced and knowledgeable about the design of work systems in which people succeed and contribute. This strategic role is responsible for all HR services such as the design of work positions; hiring; reward, recognition and strategic pay; performance development and appraisal systems; career and succession planning; and employee development. It will manage the overall HR department and also serve as an employee advocate, leader and champion of change throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

This right candidate for this position will be responsible for the creation of and compliance to HR policies and procedures, develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and programs including; staffing/selection, compensation, benefits, retention, succession planning, and employee development. This individual will need to support the overall performance of the business through OD initiatives including; performance management, leadership development, organizational structure and design, and workforce planning.

This role will serve as the direct management and oversight for HR, including both staff and external resources and be a resource and business partner to managers and employees. Additionally they will help drive the culture through programs that foster highly engaged employees.

Requirements:

An individual with 7+ years related experience in a HR management or leadership role. Broad knowledge and experience in all facets of HR (domestic and international), the ability to work with organizational leaders through understanding key business fundamentals, proven ability to carry-out effective change management strategies, demonstrated management, leadership and coaching experience, experience in the development and implementation of HR, OD and employee programs, strong business acumen with the ability to independently identify and solve problems, strong written and verbal communication skills including group presentation expertise, and intermediate level computer skills, specifically in MS Office applications.
