Survey Says...

Customer Satisfaction Survey 2011

If you missed our recent survey,
thoughts are always welcome via our
online feedback form by clicking HERE.

Each year, Progressive gathers input through its Customer Satisfaction
Survey to find out how we are viewed
as a supplier and to learn how we
might better be of service. The response rate was good, with input coming from 172 customers.

This year's survey results were the
best yet:

•  Fully 100% of respondents said they were satisfied with Progressive’s services overall.

•  100% of respondents also said they would recommend Progressive Components to a colleague.

•  Progressive was also rated higher than all others in all areas of customer service including delivery/lead-times, shipping accuracy, catalogs/website
as well as technical support.

One customer told us, “Customer service is excellent! We never have to worry about an order once it is faxed or emailed to Progressive. We just know it is
taken care of!” while another customer stated, “Very knowledgeable people,
each and every one of them. Quick to acknowledge orders. Very accurate.
Listen to our concerns. Great bunch of people.”

While the results were positive, there are areas requiring improvement. Sixty customers gave suggestions for how we should expand our product line or
better serve their needs.

To show appreciation to those who participated, Progressive entered all respondents into a raffle to win a $100 gift certificate for them and a $500 gift card for the trade related school of their choosing. This year’s winner is Paul Youngpeter, who works at Whirlpool Corporation’s Findlay Division. Congratulations Paul!

Aluminum Injection Mold - Progressive Components

With its molds made from QC-10 aluminum, Aluminum Injection Mold Co. calls on Progressive first for quality components that speed mold production.

Progressive recently spoke with Jerry Ayers, vice president of engineering at Aluminum Injection Mold Co., who told
us how Progressive helps the company speed up its mold manufacturing operations:

“We work in a demanding environment. We don’t have a lot of time to mess around, so any shortcut, anything that helps us is great and that’s where Progressive comes in. The website,
the online files – everything is quick
and easy to access. When I call in,
I’m usually in a hurry but there is never
a problem.

“If something is out of place, the customer service department catches the errors and calls me to confirm the order,” he continued. “For example, I was recently ordering wires and switches, which are kind of new to me. Progressive helped me through that. We go to Progressive first for everything including support pillars, pins, sprue bushings, slides and all the date wheels and wear plates.”

Many of Progressive’s globally available products like Collapsible Cores, UniLifters, Cam-Actions and more were featured for a record number of attendees to the fair.

“A. Marciniak has participated in this exhibition since the very beginning,
and this is the third year we promoted Progressive Components there,” related Adam Marciniak, director. “The feedback on the products is positive; everyone appreciates very advanced designs
and high quality.”
