Survey Says…
Through a variety of ‘listening posts’, Progressive
continuously conducts customer surveys to monitor satisfaction and to
listen for new recommendations. Recently, an annual Shipping Survey
was received by
3500 customers, and responses have been
gathered and tallied.
Asked about the quality and accuracy of shipments compared to
others,
85% of respondents rated Progressive’s as Very Good (the top rating).
Also, 90% of respondents gave top marks when asked about proper
packaging of products to avoid damaged shipments.
Comments included, “The warehouse guys are super when doing
pick-ups,
as they go out of their way to help”, and “It is a pleasure ordering
from Progressive”, as well as “Progressive is way ahead of the rest…
Great work”.
Thanks to all who participated in this survey, as well as in
the recent Engineering Survey that is currently being tallied.
And there’s no need to
hold a comment until asked…Please contact a Progressive representative
or simply click
HERE to
convey thoughts on any aspect, at any time, and it will be appreciated
and acted upon.

It's Been Said... |
|
Progressive continually
hears from customers who have
realized the benefits of Collapsible Core technology.
Ray Harrington,
president of Harrington Mold in
Ontario, CA, knows that C-core technology
provides a viable alternative to traditional gear
and rack systems for unscrewing molds.
“We’re very experienced
with designing and
building tools utilizing Collapsible Core
technology," he says. “We’re always
excited to use this approach, and have
turned customers on to it, and we’ve
even converted over existing tools.”
One example is a project
involving rack and gear molds for electrical connectors whose undercuts
had to be machined in a separate operation.
Harrington urged its
customer to consider using Collapsible
Cores. The customer
agreed, and not only
were they able to
eliminate the mechanical
unwinding
mechanisms, but
they were also able to mold many of the undercuts without the secondary
operations, dramatically saving time and money. Harrington reports that
the customer has returned for several more molds using Collapsible
Cores.

advan-tage, see Collapsible Cores in action by clicking
