New Products and Innovations at Chinaplas   

Progressive will exhibit at Chinaplas next week.  Located in Booth # 9.1E21, new and innovative products will be on display. 

New from Progressive are standardized Expandable Cavities. Utilized as a custom solution for moulding undercuts located under the part’s surface, Ex-Cav’s are now available “off-the-shelf” in four sizes.  Mould designs can be simplified by eliminating the need for complex side action assemblies, and the compact design enables the use of smaller mould bases and a
smaller moulding press. 

Also featured will be Friction Pullers for advanced parting line control, as
well as Collapsible Cores, CounterView mould cycle counters, Side Locks
and Top Locks.  The SRT Slide Retainer and Needle Bearing Lock, Roller Pullers, Date Stamps, UniLifters, and more will also be on display.

ProFileCV.com, a Progressive Components exclusive launched in 2005, allows for users around the globe to safely and easily share essential tooling information by using a serial number etched onto the exclusive CounterView mold cycle counter.  ProFileCV.com serves as a free, secure “file cabinet” accessible to tool owners and designers, no matter where they are working or where the tool is running.  

Many unique mould cooling solutions are available only from Progressive. When space is limited, Progressive’s Inlet Cascade helps pinpoint mould cooling to difficult-to-reach locations. Use it with Progressive’s High Flow Tubes to cool cores or specific hot spots in a mould.   

A wide range of Brass Extension Plugs are available in several international standards. And Custom Bubbler Tubes are available in very small diameters (.5mm).
