Collapsible Core Presentation Drew Top Attendance

Jim Cullison of Roehr Tool Corporation, Al Hickok of Progressive Components and John Hahn of MGS MFG Group together gave a presentation at this year’s Moldmaking Expo in Novi, MI. The session proved to be the most popular offered at the Conference.

The presentation, titled “Reducing Costs & Cycle Times Using Simplified Mold Designs”, drew a record audience and illustrated cost-effective alternatives to the traditional rack and gear systems used in unscrewing molds. Attendees learned, through the use of side by side comparisons, the benefits of space savings, cycle time reduction, design simplification and cleaner, less complicated maintenance that alternative systems such as the Collapsible Cores offer.
