New Innovative Expansion to Progressive's Date Stamp Product Line
Compact Series
The Compact Series Date Stamp allows more space for mold details (waterlines, slides, etc.) as compared to competitive products, and provides easier access for removal and installation directly from the parting line. Space requirements for the Compact Series is as much as 60% less than previous methods, with pricing at approximately a 15% savings. Compact Series Date Stamps are available in 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters.
Replacement Plugs
Progressive offers single-source availability for a variety of Date Stamp designs, with plugs that feature a revised arrow detail suited for standard slotted screwdrivers, easing the removal and installation process. Replacement Plugs include the Retro Plug, the Compact Plug and the 20 Series Plugs all of which can replace other styles currently available on the market from various suppliers. This wide range of style options provides molders and moldmakers with a 'one-stop-shop' for their replacement date stamp needs.
MicroDaters
The MicroDater, the smallest dater in the industry, is a small, screw-like component that occupies significantly less space than conventional date stamps, and is available in 2, 3 and 4 mm diameters. MicroDaters can be installed directly into a cavity insert, or standard Ejector Pin, and can easily be replaced from the parting line. The MicroDater includes engraved month and year, and is easily installed and removed with a standard slotted screwdriver.
