Die Cast Tooling Product Line

As a logical step in Progressive Components' drive to provide better standards for production tooling, they are proud to announce the introduction a Die Cast Tooling Components product line, with the first, and one-of-a-kind Die Cast Tooling Catalog.

For the past 12 years, Progressive has been supplying tooling components to a primarily Injection Mold industry. With the growth and standardization of their Injection Mold product line, Progressive began thinking about the Tooling Industry as a whole, and realized that Die Cast was being completely overlooked.

"For some time, we have felt that the Die Cast Industry was under-served by its supplier base. We are driven to lead a change!" says Glenn Starkey, President.

Today, Die Casters and Die Cast Makers have to find components and replacement parts from a variety of sources, with minimal product standardization. The goal of Progressive is to create a resource for these individuals that provides standardized products, in one location, from a supplier that's committed to the future of the overall Tooling Industry.

"Rather than simply delegating this entire industry to a section in a predominantly plastics-related catalog, we feel a stand-alone program is appropriate", says Starkey. "Rather than seeing Die Casters left out of the benefits of standardized components, we are introducing more new products in this catalog than others have released in decades, with more innovations to follow."

With five stocking service centers in the U.S. and one in Singapore, along with inventory in Mexico and England, Progressive is positioned to be your number one mold component supplier.
