Insert Frames

Progressive Components introduces Rapid Tooling Insert Frames. Compatible with industry standard unit inserts, RTI Frames are manufactured from high quality, pre-hardened stainless steel. This material selection dramatically increases storage life and improves long-term appearance, yet RTI Frames are competitively priced with frames offering no corrosion resistance.

Each frame includes a Locating Ring/Sprue Bushing combination component to reduce the need for both a locating ring and separate sprue bushing. Also, innovative clamps are included which are designed to stay with the frame, eliminating cumbersome insert loading, and avoiding accidental loss found in previous methods.

In addition to RTI Frames, Progressive has also introduced RTI Accessories, which include Shoulder Style Leader Pins, Guide Pin Bushings, and Support Pillars. All of these accessories have been designed for nominal sizes found in quick change unit inserts, and are manufactured from quality materials, to exacting standards.
