Progressive Blow Needles utilize an industry-standard design for easy installation and removal on the cylinders. Finished length Blow Needles are also available at competitive pricing and delivery.
Available in both Stainless Steel and Brass, standard Ejector Pins have common threads to be accepted in standard cylinders. The pins can be used for ejection or can be modified for in-mold punches.
Progressive offers Cylinders for both the Blow Needles and Pins, with several bore sizes and strokes. The pin cylinders are available standard or non-rotating styles.

Brass and Push-In Tube Fittings
To accommodate air or water lines, a full line of fittings and hose is available. Brass and Push-In fittings have a wide variety of sizes, from 10-32 UNF threads to ˝" NPT. Tubing and Push-Lok™ hose can be ordered in specific colors and standard or special lengths.

Core Box Vents provide consistent air release with two slot sizes available and in two different standard materials. The thickness of the vents allow for contours to be machined along the cavity, keeping the vent integrity.
