3RD Quarter Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Summary

The survey was conducted with the help of Customer Service. When a customer phoned in an order they were asked if they could be sent a survey. A total of 167 surveys were faxed during the months of August and September. We received 38 surveys back for a response rate of 23%.
